All our shipping fees are calculated by the total weight of your order at checkout. Our chosen courier is Royal Mail.
As of 3rd January 23, we are offering better shipping rates internationally.

We have a fully automated track & trace system that allows you to live track your order with your own tracking number, it's never been so easy!

UPDATE: 9th March 2023 - we had planned to offer up to 10kg for international shipping, however due to the Royal Mail cyber attack - this has been temporarily suspended. We will keep this space updated, as soon as we can increase the weight thresholds per order, we will let you know.
*Please note we do not make any profit on our postage fees, these are the best prices available, sent to us direct from the couriers.

It's never been easier to track your order online via our custom shipping portal.
Simply enter your track & trace code supplied to you via email along with your postal code/house number that your ChewyChews order is going to. It will show you exactly where your treat box is and the estimated delivery date.

United Kingdom
We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales 48hr tracked with Royal Mail for £4.99 up to 2.5kg.
Anything over 3kg will vary when shipping within the UK. Calculated at checkout.

Postage to Ireland is a competitive flat rate at £8.15 up to 5kg! (1-10kg available)

All orders are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked.

For your individual tracking number this will be sent to you via email as part of your track & trace when your order is on it's way. (please check your junk mail!)
USA & Canada
We offer Royal Mail International tracked shipping to the following two locations, delivery takes between 5-7 working days after dispatch.

If you would like to order from us and you are based within the EU, all postage fees are calculated based on the weight of your order at checkout. We currently cover multiple destinations, see list above.

Due to Brexit and the new EU custom rules, it can vary and we currently do not ship to everywhere in the EU via our website.
